INGREDIENTS               METHOD

                   PENGAT                                300ml coconut milk        2 ingredient one by one.
                                                         1kg durian flesh
                                                                                     Firstly, boil the coconut milk
                                                                                   1 and durian flesh together.

                                                         150ml water
                                                                                      Then, add the rest of the
                   DURIAN                                3 tbsp brown sugar        3 depending on personal preference.
                                                         50g flour

                                                                                      Lastly, add sugar to taste
                                                         30g palm sugar
                                                         2 pcs pandan leaves
