Owner and World Aeropress Champion 2015
Isaac Loh has a knack for making coffee that
suits all palates and whatever mood you are
in. Stepping into the café gives an instant
change of surroundings - the cool air, warm
lights and quietness sets you apart from the
outside world that you just came away from,
as if you’ve entered a symphony hall. The café
is designed by EHKA Studio from Singapore,
which gave the 200 sq metres shop ceiling
installations that resemble strings from a harp,
low plush couches at the front and a long
wooden dining table that extends through
the middle of the shop unit. Like a stage, the
espresso machine and work station are visible
from the time a guest walks in the front door
and from any seat in the café.
Other than the usual espresso machine
brewed, drip and aero press style coffees,
the menu offers a wide variety of beverage
options which include tea, matcha, chocolate,
