   The International Network of Con- flict and Fragility (INCAF)
 The Bank is becaming a member of the network. The INCAF is a unique decision- making forum that brings together diverse stakeholders working in fragile situations. The IsDB-membership in INCAF is necessary to: (i) share experience and best practices in the area of fragility and resilience building and (ii) foster partnership and financial leveraging opportunities, technical expertise transfer and mobilization of the fragility and resilience resources needed by member countries.
 Recovery and Peacebuilding As- sessment (RPBA) Training
 A staff of the Division has participated in the RPBA that was held in Beirut in April 2018. The training has offered the staff a unique opportunity to develop expertise in the RPBA methodology, cultivate the capacity to contribute to future RPBA, and acquainted themselves with ways of working across international organizations.
    MDB’s Working Platform for Economic Migration and Forced Displacement
As one of the founding members, the Bank (represented by the Human Development) has been actively contributing to the platform to produce an initiative to global initiative to support economic migration and forced displacement, which was launched during the IMF Spring Meetings in April 2018. The platform is potential facility to support the countries to tackle issues of economic migration and forced displacement.
 The MENA-Economic Resilience Task Force
 IsDB is one of the co-chairs of the Task Force and has actively contributed to the meeting held in Paris on March 2018. The Division has presented IsDB progress, achievements and contribution to socio-economic development of MCs particularly fragile and conflict affected countries in the MENA region.
      Internal Knowledge Sharing

Supporting Transition
 The Division has also conducted various internal knowledge sharing sessions on the role of innovative financing in humanitarian response and mainstreaming CSOs in the MDB development programs and projects in 2018. Both sessions were very interactive and shaded light on the increasing roles of innovative financing to mobilize resources for humanitarian and development in MCs. Practical case studies and experience in mainstreaming the role of the CSOs in country engagement, programs and projects were shared with the participants.
 The Division in close collaboration with the Country Relations and Service Departments and the Regional Hubs have processed defferent NGOs projects aiming at improving socio- economic wellbeing and building resilience of communities in Nigeria, Turkey and Somalia. The Division has also significantly contributed to the portfolio management and transfer of the social sector during the transition period in 2018.
