Reliability Analysis
According to Hair et. Al (2006), a descriptive research must have a
Cronbach Alpha greater than 0.6 and lower than 0.9 is generally
considerate reliable. The value ranged from 0.891 to 0.948. In
conclusion, the result concludes that the measurement scales of the
variable were stable to measure the variables under study.
