            entrepreneur's  setup  could  be  transformed  by  such  an  endeavour,
            giving her the freedom to expand her company in novel ways. Some
            significant  obstacles  for  women  entrepreneurs  include  a  lack  of
            possibilities for education, training, expertise, and mobility, as well as
            a lack of institutional support and inadequate gender-specific training
            programmes.  Human  resources  training  can  help  female  business
            owners interact with their workforce more effectively and meet their
            goals.

            This antecedent explains how culture and attitudes towards women in
            business have an impact. Socio-cultural influence describes the effects
            that interpersonal interactions have on people's attitudes, behaviours,
            and dispositions. Relationships frequently reflect the values, attitudes,
            dispositions, and modes of living that people adopt as a result of their
            social, religious, and educational experiences.

            In developing nations, socio-cultural contexts frequently discourage or
            do  not  support  women's  engagement  in  economic  activities
            (Ramadani, V., et al., 2015).Women who pursue entrepreneurship may
            face discrimination from their families and society. An explanation of
            how gender socialisation processes and gender roles within families
            and  society  are  instilled  throughout  childhood  and  reinforced  in
            adulthood  through  social  interactions  and  norms  is  provided  by
