            Site Description
            The  application  site  is  an  existing  residential  dwelling  house  located  on  the  eastern  side  of  Lansdowne
            Crescent, close to the junction with Lansdowne Rise. Lansdowne Crescent is a predominantly residential
            street with a mix of architectural styles, and lies within the Ladbroke Conservation Area. The application
            property itself is a single dwelling house that is arranged over four floors. Although the property itself is not
            listed, Lansdowne Crescent Garden to the rear of the property is a grade II listed communal garden.
