Zumba®
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie-burning dance  tness party. Once the Latin And World Rhythm take over, you’ll see why Zumba®  tness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This 60-minute class is taught in a very approachable style. The primary focus will be on body awareness, proper alignment, and the integration of movement and breath. This class is appropriate for the beginner as well as those with a seasoned yoga practice. Come enjoy a fun and relaxing format that can be easily modi ed for all  tness levels.
Barre Fusion
Barre Fusion is a totally unique approach to Barre workouts as you’ve seen them. Fusing the best of aerobic cardio movement, Pilates, yoga, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do with basic Barre technique. Barre AboveTM delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape. This is a high-intensity, low-impact, powerpacked class that will meet your cardio and strength needs.
Zumba® Plus
Get your hips shaking and heart racing with Zumba® Plus! It is an energetic cardio dance  tness class that blends traditional Zumba® moves with a hip-hop, club style twist. You will have so much fun you won’t even know you’re working out!
REFIT TM
A positive dance  tness experience that  ts everybody and EVERY BODY. This is a movement+music format that adds resistance-training movements to give you a total body workout that will leave you smiling.
REV + FLOW by REFIT TM
This one-of-a-kind  tness is kind to your joints without compromising the intensity of your workout. REV+FLOW focuses in increasing overall strength, power,  exibility, coordination, balance and mobility. All of which are often compromised by the modern sedentary lifestyle.
Barre Above TM
Barre AboveTM incorporates elements of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. You don’t need to worry about dance experience. Barre AboveTM is barre for all bodies! Equipment such as hand weights, resistance bands, balls, and the barre are incorporated into the workout. Classes include modi cations to suit your own  tness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen, and tone your body.
HIGH Fitness
HIGH Fitness was started in 2015, by creators Emily Nelson and Amber Zenith. Together the two have transformed old school aerobics into a highly addictive new  tness experience that combines simple, modern  tness techniques (i.e. HIIT, plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. This results in a high energy, INTENSE, and crazy fun workout that leaves participants feeling HIGH and wanting more. Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level. Beyond the workout, the HIGH Fitness culture embodies a lifestyle of empowering people to maximize their health and be the best version of themselves.”
Alignment Flow Yoga
A fun  ow class with both static and dynamic postures. Always with an emphasis on body, mind, and breath awareness. Wiggles, giggles, and stumbles are encouraged as they are needed in the balance of yoga and life. All levels are welcome as well.
