LEO OFFICERS LEADERSHIP TRAINING

VIRTUAL EVENT

On November 5, 2022, PCC Pamela Longo Granny, ( MD1-
Illinois), PDG Diana Grise, (LCI Leo Advisory Panelist, ( District
23C), Connecticut Leo-Lion Fabian Maxwell, Leo-Lion Cabinet
Liaison (District 60B) and Lion Adina Callendar were the
special presenters.

Lion Adina shared strategies for motivating and interacting
with Leo advisors and clubs.
Leos, Leo advisors and other participants
Leo-Lion Fabian Maxwell coached Leo Club Officers on the
basics of club structure, leadership experience opportunities at
the club level and leading a team to success.
He further encouraged Lions to include Leos on their service
projects.

PDG Grise focused on the Leo to Lion Program, motivating
Leos to experience the satisfaction of continuing their service DG Ingrid with PDG Diana and VDG Antonio
to community as Lions.

The interactive Town Hall session, “Are You Excited?” provided
opportunity for a stimulating, informative open discussion.
