Thanks to Information and Technology Co-Chair Korky Kathman the following District 2-X1 Award Form Applications are stored on the District 2-X1 site and they are interactive and should be submitted online. DG Bill Smothermon and CS Billy Ketner will receive your submittals and approve you for the awards you have earned. The following are the interactive, online submittal forms:

The deadline for submitting these forms is July 31, 2017
The following Award forms are also available on the site, but they are not interactive, online submittal. They must be printed or saved off to your PC for submittal:
LCI Club Excellence Award Grass Roots Lion Nomination
The LCI Club Excellence Award Form must be submitted to District 2-X1
DG Bill Smothermon and he must have it in LCI's hands by August 31, 2017. We would suggest getting this form to the District Governor by August 15, 2017.
