Global Service Team
All Clubs are now required from Lions Club International to have a Service Chairperson, along with a Membership Chairperson. This person needs to be listed with the other officers with Lions Club International. This person must be able to log onto the LCI website to report monthly activities. Responsibilities will include:
• Developing a plan to address the needs of the community
• Implement a service plan
• Incorporate opportunities with youth and Leos with the club
• Report these activities to LCI
• Encourage members to participate in club service projects
• Work with the Membership Chairperson to promote opportunities with non-Lions
• Participate in the Governor's Advisory (Zone) meetings when appropriate
This is a great way to get new members involved! Let's all work together for a great new year.

The Global Action Team consists of the GLT, GMT and the newly created GST. By working together as one team, the Global Action Team, along with LCIF, will enable us to expand on our motto, "We Serve," as it takes on a new and unified approach to service, membership and leadership development at all levels of the association. The Global Action Team will launch on July 1st.
Please join the Global Action Team Chairperson, Past International President Dr. Wing-Kun Tam, as he shares the vision and mission of the Global Action Team and how the Global Action Team will be a valuable resource to all Lions!
Look for Past International President Dr. Tam who will be presenting information on the Global Action Team during the area leadership forums throughout the year.
