             rooms are evocative of the water, greenery and local fauna. / Food: David
             believes in sourcing locally (asparagus from Soustons, hake and bonito
             from Capbreton, beef from Chalosse…), that he cooks “taking the time to
             do things well”. Perfectly prepared dishes of local and organic produce. /
