Under the management of Eric R. Galton, edi tor, this year’s Beacon underwent dynamic change in both content and style. Articles in the monthly Wardlaw newspaper were not only informative but interesting and often amusing as well.
Such writers as Jeffrey A. Tobey, David F. Quin lan, Arnold N. Kornblatt, and J. David Stewart, Jr., lent their talents to the school publication with a consideiable degree of success.
The art editorship of the Beacon, a new position this year, was held by Mark H. Harris and added measurably to the quality of the artwork and entire make-up and appearance of the paper.
Photography was unusually good, great credit to the talents of E. William Akerlund and an ex panded photography staff.
