The Key Club is Wardlaw’s way of reaching out and helping to serve the com munity as well as the school. Being one of the largest cluljs at Wardlaw, it is also one of the most enthusiastic as many of its members are ready and willing to help in any way possible.
Over the years the Wardlaw Key Club has been praised for its work, not only in school but also in outside activities. This year the avid Key Clubbers, who are spon sored by the Kiwanis Club, outdid them selves. In a food raising campaign to help Starfish, a food distributor for poor people, the club collected a record amount of food.
Not only was the amount of food the largest ever collected by Wardlaw, but virtually every club member helped. This exemplified the club’s spirit that has been achieved through the work of Mr. Joseph Nolan, the club’s advisor.
The club’s officers this year are Paul Breene, president; Chris Guzik, vice presi dent; Donald Free, secretary; George Kim- mel, treasurer; and Michael Pearson, sergeant at arms.
