One of the few ego trips a student can ex­ perience at Wardlaw is to be elected into the Varsity Club. To be elected, a student must meet certain requirements. He must have earned three varsity letters in one year or four letters in two years. If you are elected into the club, you are then classified as one of Wardlaw’s superior athletes.
The club's functions range from serving refreshments at sporting events to distribut­ ing programs. This year the Varsity Club sponsored its first annual Family-Son Dinner, which was the most successful sports banquet ever. The club also sponsored the Faculty- All Star basketball game.
The officers are: Chris Guzik, President; Jonathan Blake, Vice President; and Bob Newcomb, Secretary-Treasurer.
