The Wardlaw-Hartridgc Drama Club’s reputation for professionalsim was re­ inforced this year with two more successful productions.
The season opened with the British farce, Bang Bang Beirut, which dealt with the antics of two British agents trying to smuggle a young king out of his besieged coun­ try. The lead roles were played by Tom Glasser and Chris Karner. The Hidden River, produced in the spring, starred Mike Pearson and Dan Meri- ans. Without doubt, much of the credit for the plays’ succes­ ses goes to Mr. Alexander Me Dougall’s directing abilities.
