When you call up Carol over the weekend, you are generally told that she is away. Green-eyed with jealousy, you hang up and wonder which college she is attending this time—Dartmouth, Yale, Annapolis,
or some new one. She proves that it is not necessary to lead the dashing life to be popular in this day and age. Always calm and sweet, the
perfect lady, she is an active member of The King’s Daughters. She
always displays an intense interest and sympathy in all our joys and sorrows.
