After a slow start, the Varsity Football team gained momentum and finished with a respect able 4-3 record. Although they lost their first two games, the team, under its new coach, Phil Graham, came back to win its next three games. The next game that was played was one of the team’s most memorable. On that day only two games were played in the entire state, one being ours. Under gale conditions, the Rams slid through the mud to lose to Princeton Day 14-6. Flowever, under captains Bruce Radowitz and Osborne Mayers, they won the next game. Radowitz and Mayers, along with Steve Max well, Mark Domino, Doug Foley, Jim Posted,
and Bruce Lackland were the team’s outstand ing players. Coach Graham feels that next year’s team will be more experienced and should have a good shot at the states.
