  MOTHERS’ ASSOCIATION
The Wardlaw Mothers' Association plays an important part in school affairs and sponsors many activities. With out the Association and its contributions to so many areas of school activities, Wardlaw would not enjoy much that it does.
Mrs. David E. Ritchie headed the association this year. Officers who assisted her were Mrs. C. Northrop Pond and Mrs. William A. Pratt, first and second vice-presidents respectively; Mrs. Charles V. Reydel, treasurer; Mrs. James F. Bourland, recording secretary; and Mrs. Inman C. Whip ple, corresponding secretary.
Mrs. Paul Galton directed the Mothers' Store, from which students obtain athletic equipment and school sup plies. The enjoyable receptions which followed home games were supervised by Mrs. Osmun Fort.
The annual Holiday Fair, held December 14, realized a profit in excess of $1,000 and was the most successful ever held.
The luncheon bridge, which was held May 10 at the Shackamaxon Country Club, was another "first," being held for the first time away from school. It was a well- attended and thoroughly successful event.
The Mothers' Association is one of Wardlaw's greatest assets. The entire school is gratefully aware of it.
