Tri-Captain Josh, in his second year as captain, was an inspiration to the team. His enthusiasm and leaderĀ ship were ever present when others were nervous for meets. At the state meet he garnered 3rd in the 100 breast stroke, 3rd in the medley relay, and 4th in the 50 freestyle. He will be remembered for shaving his entire body for the state meet. Hoping to set the W-H record for 100 breast, he wound up missing it on that last day of his career by .17 of a second! Along with Stergios he was chosen team MVP.

Stergios Papadakis
Roger, a tri-captain, was the recipient of this year's Coach's Award. Says Coach Ague, "He has the kind of dedication and participation all coaches want." In the state meet it was evident that Roger, 'clean shaven,' was ready. Roger, primarily a butterflyer, dropped from a 1:02 to a 56.01 in the 100 yard free! In the states he captured 3rd in the medley relay.
Josh Dobbelaar
Stergios, along with Josh was chosen as this year's MVP. He captained the team three years and along with Josh and Roger, lettered in every year of eligibilĀ ity. He was primarily a backstroker and freestyler. Says Coach Ague, "He leaves a strong impression of what hard work and dedication do for an athlete." In the state meet he captured 3rd in the 100 backstroke, 3rd in the mediey reiay, and 4th in the 100 free. Yes, he also shaved down.
