As principal and senior vice president at WGI, Michael L. Davis has overseen planning and development of hundreds of public projects. These projects have included large scale planning studies, town center master planning, down- town redevelopments, environmental restoration, urban, and recreational park improvements to name a few. As principal in charge, Michael will ensure that every team member is committed to providing high quality services to the City and the Imagine Clearwater project.
WGI’s project manager for the Imagine Clearwater project, Jason Mihalovits, PLA, LEED AP, specializes in providing design services to public clients, in- cluding numerous municipalities and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). With nearly two decades of experience working in multidisciplinary rms, Jason understands the coordination required across multiple disciplines to ensure the success of large-scale projects. An experienced park designer, Jason has provided services for a wide variety of parks, ranging from large ur- ban parks to smaller neighborhood tot parks, passive and active recreational parks, as well as environmental parks with boardwalk and trail components. Jason is also an experienced landscape inspector, irrigation designer, and expert in FDOT design standards and speci cations.
Jason will maintain close collaboration with Michael on the schedule and de- sign for the project. Michael and Jason have worked together for over 15 years on some of the largest planning and design projects in the state.
WGI has selected the most quali ed sta from our extensive set of resources to be dedicated to the Imagine Clearwater project. On the next page, you will nd our organization chart identifying all key sta members and a sampling of their support sta , followed by key sta resumes. All assigned key profession- al sta are properly licensed to practice in Florida.
