GETS A NEW racao base employees, family, friends and crew members’ second
COMMANDER class Lieutenant Jurjen Evertz surrendered command of the Jaguar
over to second class Lieutenant Martin Franssen.

In a short ceremony the outgoing commander took some time to
remind all those present about the Jaguar’s successful achieve-
ments and the difficult moment’s it had to go through.
Evertz told them about the quality of the team that handles with
the Jaguar. Mr. Evertz had a lot of mixed feelings towards the
boat and its crew members while he was saying his goodbyes but
was very confident that the new commander would receive the
same support as he had received from the Jaguar crew members.

The ceremony concluded with a short boat ride on the Jaguar
after the Martin Franssen the new commander gave his speech.
