Grilled Chicken cu
cherry tomato sauce
Ingredientenan:
1 galiña (5 lbs) y scarf e tur caminda
2 telep Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 telep Goya Sazonador total
1 siboyo cora grandi, chopped
2 pint cherry tomatoes
1 telep Goya Red wine Vinegar
1/4 telep black pepper
1 cup blaachi basil fresco
1/2 cup keeshi fresco raspa of ricotta salata
Asparagus, optional
1. Preheat grill pa medium heat y pone pa indirect grilling.
2. Pasa 1 cuchara di azeta ariba e galiña. Seasone tur banda
cu 2 cuchara di Sazonador total. Grill e, birando e cada rato,
te ora e horna bon te ora e yega 155 registra (pecho) y 165
(thighs) ariba thermeter instant, mas o menos 40 minuut.
Horne un 5 minuut mas si ta necesario, pa bira mas bruin.
3. Mientrastanto, pone den un wea 1 cuchara di azeta, agrega
siboyo y hase te ora nan bira soft, tira tomati, binager,
pepper, 1/4 cup awa y un cuchara Sazonador seasoning.
Lage cushina ariba medium hight heat pa 5 of 6 minuut.
Kite for di stoof y bashe den basil. Sirbie cu e galiña y pone
keeshi ariba ora di uze.
