Royal Decorations
2016 prepositions
deadline

FOR those that want to submit a 2016 Royal Decorations preposition the

deafline has changed from August 17, 2015 to Monday August 31th 2015.
This will be the final date for one to submit nominations for the 2016 Royal
Decoration.
On the occasion of King’s Day this distinction is awarded to citizens who have
been of service for the Aruban community.

To be eligible for a Royal Decoration the person in question must have been in-
volved in volunteer work for the community. In case of special services for which
the person was paid, these can be added, but they should be of such a nature
that they have had a big impact on the economic development of Aruba.
Any person or any organization can submit a nomination for a person
for whom one feels that he/she is eligible for a Royal Decoration. All
nominations must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Award
Commission Aruba located in the ‘Bestuurskantoor’ situated at
L.G.Smith Blvd 76.

It is necessary to use two forms for the completion of the data. One can
obtain this at the information desk in the ‘Bestuurskantoor’, download
them via the governments’ website: www.gobierno.aw or by the members
of the Commission. The forms should be completely and comprehensive-
ly filled in and signed by the organisations of which the person is a member.

Please keep in mind that two form needs to be filled in completely
and as detailed as possible and that all the above men-
tioned institutions need to sign the preposition.
