NEIL TAVERNER Appointed Actuary
A consulting actuary with Boal & Co, Neil was a senior
actuary at the IOM FSA for five years, leading the
development of its capital adequacy regime and aspects
of its ERM regime for life and non-life insurers. He was
previously Chief Risk Officer and Chief Actuary of Old
Mutual’s Wealth Management Division (Old Mutual’s
UK, offshore and European operations), and was
Appointed Actuary of Old Mutual’s Isle of Man, Guernsey
and Dublin life companies. Prior to that he was a partner
in the UK life actuarial practices of both Watson Wyatt
and Ernst & Young.
SUZANNE COLLINS Chief Risk Officer
Suzanne has over 30 years working in the finance sector
in regulation, compliance and risk worldwide. Previously
company secretary for the Canada Life group on the Isle
of Man, as well as formerly the head of life assurance and
pensions for the Insurance and Pensions Authority on
the Isle of Man. Suzanne is currently a commissioner at
the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. She
also acts as an independent NED and consultant
specialising in governance, compliance and
risk.
ALLAN MOLLOY Chief Investment Officer
A Member of the The Chartered Institute for Securities &
Investment (UK) and over 20 year’s experience in
regulatory approved executive roles within the financial
services industry. Allan has significant ‘hands-on’ direct
knowledge and experience of risk and compliance
oversight, business management and corporate
governance gained within private and public companies.
Alan was previously the managing director of Duncan
Lawrie Private Bank Isle of Man.
