DH is a Chartered Secretary, and Fellow of the Chartered
Governance Institute of the UK. She is currently a
Director of a regulated Trust and Corporate Services
provider on the Isle of Man. She has over 20 years’
experience in the offshore trust and company formation
industry. She also holds an international compliance
diploma.

CONALL GIBSON Head of Global Strategy

A qualified International Financial Adviser with the CII in
London. Initially with Guardian Wealth Management
based in Italy, then country manager and head of
European business development, establishing ties with
various UN associations including the UN Atomic Energy
Agency, OPEC and OSCE. Conall developed IFA and
wealth manager networks globally to distribute
structured investments issued by leading global banks,
responsible for the designing and distribution of
structured investments to the value of USD 500 million.

DENNIS BURGER Head of Global Distribution

A visionary and value creator with 34 years industry
experience in the international investments, private
banking and life assurance markets. Dennis has worked
across most continents building several global distribution
teams, as part of executive management and serving on
several boards. Most recently he has held positions with
two major global life assurance operations headquartered
in South Africa. Dennis has excellent business acumen with
deep international expertise in strategy, sales and
relationship management, coupled with a clear sense of
purpose and urgency.
