 Independent director of the UK pensions business from Jan 2016 to May 2018 and
then of the
 Holding Company for the wealth management services group based in the IoM from
May 2018 to date
 (with operations in IoM, UK, Dubai and Dublin).

 Compliance director of this privately-owned digital voucher business, regulated as a
Designated
 Business.
 Hillberry Trust Company Limited, Isle of Man July 2014 to December 2015
 Chairman of this independent, FSA regulated fiduciary services company (based in the
Isle of Man)
 Duncan Lawrie Private Bank, Isle of Man 1995 to 2012
 Managing Director 1996 - 2012. Director of UK parent bank (and FSA approved).
 Overall responsibility for the operations (Banking, Investment and Fiduciary services),
including
 Duncan Lawrie’s Indian operation. Working closely with but independent of UK
colleagues.
 Responsible for all day to day business & risk management issues, budgeting and
IT operations as
 well as compliance and regulatory.
