Network Password

 Initial Network Password = Welcome1
You will change the initial password to your unique password during
Orientation

 You will be prompted to change your network password every 60
days* (after MFA is set up, only once in 6 months)
You have to follow Network Password rules (include capital letters,
digits, special characters, etc.)

Never write your network password down. Never share it with anyone.

VNSNY Employee ID vs Agent ID

VNSNY Emp ID:

A unique set of 5-6 digits that identify you within VNSNY (write it down
and memorize). Used to access VNSNY network components.

Agent ID:
 Agent ID is a unique set of 5 digits to our vendor, HCHB.

Only used:
1. Field Staff: during tablet deployment to configure
access to PointCare (done once)
2. Office Staff: Use Agent ID inside HCHB to look up staff.
Access HCHB with EmpID and HCHB R2 password.
3. Both: access Online Learning Hub (OLH), learning
website for HCHB
