Opening an HR ticket through the
intranet has many benefits:
• It creates a communication log that
you can refer back to at any time
• You will be able to upload
attachments, eliminating the need for
printers, etc. This is especially helpful
for one-way communications such as
proof of influenza vaccines, etc.
• Once HR responds, you will receive
an email.
