Let’s Secure This Phone

You’re almost done with set up!

• TigerConnect will prompt users to
Secure the phone via
TigerConnect’s Multifactor
Authentication process.
• Select ‘Activate’ to begin the
process.
• A new SMS text message will
open with a message/link
populated into the send field.
Select the send ‘arrow’ to
complete the process.

TigerConnect - PIN Set Up

• Once you have access to TigerConnect,
you will receive a Notice prompt to set
up a 4-digit Pin for the application.

• Pin Lock – The app requires users to
enter the pin code to access the Mobile
app because the app locks itself after 15
minutes of inactivity.

• Pin Lock Note:
• It is recommended that users do
not log off of app, but instead lock
screen on VNSNY iPhone to lock
app.
