• At the end October 2019, VNSNY launched a new HR*, finance, and payroll
system called Workday.
*The HRConnect site remains in place for your HR & policy questions and as a place to go for
information, while Workday is used to accomplish your HR, finance, and payroll tasks.

Resources to support employees:

 Quick reference guides and videos on Intranet as a
resource to support your “just-in-time” learning needs.
 Super Users who will be trained prior to go-live (these are
colleagues who will help answer basic navigation, time
entry questions); the list of Super Users will be made
available to all employees closer to go-live.
 HRConnect can be contacted via phone or AskHR to
answer questions that you might have.
