Client Meds
The system uses SureScripts to gather medication information regarding your patient. If the patient
is using a pharmacy that uses SureScripts, the Client Meds section will be prepopulated with the
patient’s medications. The clinician would still need to double check what the patient has with what
is entered in the system, and add any additional medications the patient is currently taking.
Remember, this list must include all medications, regardless if they are prescribed, OTC, alternative
meds, etc.
