I know I have to stop eating that many portions of food, but I can’t help it for it makes
me forget my lonesome.
Although I am happy after eating, I am also feeling guilty to myself for not being able
to control my appetite. I know it’s not healthy. But I feel like eating is my only joy.
What should I do?

I am so sad reading your email. Please eat healthily.
Why don’t you ask for professional help? I believe an international university like yours
hire a professional health consultant. You should go to the information center and ask
for it. I am afraid you might develop bulimia if you’re not receiving any treatment.
In the meantime, eating dark chocolate might be a good idea. I once read from a
journal that dark chocolate may ease emotional stress. But be careful not to eat too
much of it. A half a day for two weeks is the recommended dosage.
Another food that I recommend is pumpkin. It is low in calories and high in fiber, so it
can help to lose some weight quickly. You can either prepare a salad or smoothies from
it, or simply blanch it for some variation.
