Look at the short example of patient’s symptom report below, and do the following
activities.
On day 1, Mrs. Deborah has a mild fever and she complains of a loss appetite.
On the next day, she suffers from nausea and vomiting with an occasional pain
in the center of her stomach. On day 3, she checks in the National Hospital
and acquires several medical treatment and medication. Today her abdomen is
swollen and she suffers from a constant shooting pain on her lower right side.
1. What symptoms does the patient have?

3. Write a patient’s symptom report based on the following notes:

History:
Day 1 – Vomiting, headaches, diarrhea
