Time and Attendance: Editing Timecards
You can filter by different criteria to get a list of employees you wish to view.
Select the period to edit from the “Selected Period” drop-down and then click
“Timecards.” Then you can check the box next to the employee(s) for whom you wish to
edit or view their timecard(s).
Selecting the “Render Totals” check box will display the employees’ total hours and OT
hours in the “Total Hours” and “OT Hours” columns.
You then can edit the timecard(s) of the selected employee(s), whether it’s adding
missing punches or approving the timecard for payroll processing.
Note: Clicking directly on an employee’s name will take you to that employee’s timecard
and load all employees’ timecards from the pay class into the Timecard Editor.
