Conditions of Sale

Ordering:

Minimum opening order is $200. Minimum reorder is $100.
All sales are final. All orders are shipped from our warehouse
in Austell, GA 30168. Orders can be placed with your local
sales rep, by calling our customer service team at
(678) 426 - 7716, or by ordering online at wholesale.
caitandco.com. You can find out who your local Cait + Co
sales rep is by visiting salesrep.caitandco.com. We accept all
major credit cards. Net terms can be applied for through our
partner Fundbox.

Returns, Cancellations,
and Damages:

If damages occur during shipping, please contact us at
wholesale@caitandco.com within 10 days of order receipt.
Please include pictures of the outer and inner shipping box.
Cait + Co will replace any damaged products at no cost.
Returns are not accepted. Please email cancellation request
to wholesale@caitandco.com at least 5 days prior to ship
date. If order has already been processed, order cannot be
cancelled. Any refused deliveries will incur a 25%
restocking fee.

Sales Restrictions:

Cait + Co does not allow its merchandise to be sold on
third party websites such as, but not limited to: Amazon,
Ebay, Walmart, etc. Customers are allowed to sell on their
own business websites. Customers are allowed to use any
photography on the Cait + Co website or social media
pages.
