Each person had a unique talent that
when put together, they soon realized
they had the makings for a band.
They spent some time pondering on
what to call themselves, and finally
decided on The Wailers. Bob Marley
and The Wailers would practice for
hours and hours in the back yards
were Peter Tosh, Beverley Kelso, of each other’s houses and soon,
Junior Braithwaite and Jo Higgins. word got out around Trenchtown
about their music and special sound.
Bob really liked them and the Jo Higgins, who was one of the
group started meeting up and singers, noticed that Bob’s voice was
