 Seven Steps to Buying your New Home
Step 1: Our Initial Interview
We will ask questions to better qualify your wants and needs for your new home. If needed, a short survey will be filled out to better define those needs. This will give us guidelines to complete our initial search for your dream home.
Step 2: Buyer Agency Agreement
Signing a Buyer’s Agency Agreement will guarantee by the laws of the State of Missouri that your needs are met on a professional level through the entire buying process. This needs to be done prior to writing a contract and ideally before we show you property.
Step 3: Mortgage Arrangement
Pre-Approval from a Financing Institution is essential in today’s marketplace. Your Mortgage Representative will highlight all costs associated with buying a home. If you need a list of mortgage providers, please let us know.
Step 4: Home Showings
From our initial interview process, we will work to determine the properties that meet your criteria. Mediums such as the Multiple-Listing Service (MLS), email and phone calls will be used. We are at your service and only a phone call away.
Step 5: Making an Offer
When we find the home of your dreams, we advise that you present a competitive offer immediately. A comparative analysis will be completed on the sale of similar homes in the area. We have the ability to not only write the contract, but we will skillfully negotiate on your behalf.
