book. I further understand that I am required to read and become familiar
with all the provisions of these policies.

I further understand that the policies and benefits described in it
are subject to change and may be done so by HEADWAY CAPS INTER-
NATIONAL CO.,INC. at any time for reasons it deems fit and that future
changes shall supersede those found in this handbook.

In the event of termination of my employment, whether voluntary or
involuntary, I am fully aware that a copy of this handbook will be returned to
the company as part of my employee clearance compliance.
