information will be made available to me (i.e. product designs and samples,
production processes and strategies, financial information and other related
information, etc.). I understand that this information is proprietary and crit-
ical to the success of HEADWAY CAPS INT’L CO.,INC. and must not be
given out or used outside of HEADWAY CAPS INT’L CO.,INC. premises or
with non-Headway Caps International Co., Inc., employees. In the event of
termination of my employment, whether voluntary or involuntary, I hereby
agree not to utilize or exploit this information with any other individual or
company, or else will risk litigation.
