1.4. Aadhaar based Systems

1.4.1. Identity & Attendance Management System [Kolkata]
The main objective of the system is to gather employee’s attendance by using smart
card.
It involves Biometrics in taking attendance so that the system may be made secure. This
is to curb proxy in marking attendance. Also the cards will be inter-department operable
i.e. if an employee moves from one location to other, his/her attendance will be taken
care of, irrespective of the location of the centre.

This system makes use of the Access Control and Time and Attendance System with the
following features:
• Contactless Smart Card.
• One time use of Aadhar verification
• Intelligent Access Terminal.
• Biometric enabled.
• TCP/IP enabled.
• Online/Offline operation.
• Auto Data Synchronization to any ODBC compliant data store.
• View attendance records directly on the web.
• Capture of Image during swipe
• Control access to security areas.

The system uses Unique advanced configurable Rule Engine to enforce security based
on the profile information. The solution has multiple usages like attendance, payment,
access control, canteen etc.
