Double crown sinnet bracelet

Once a favourite of ocean-going sailors, the

double crown sinnet is now more commonly used to
make bracelets. With its strong form, it certainly

makes a bold statement and it’s incredibly satisfying
to tie. No wonder sailors loved it. You can read more

1 Fold two 4ft (1.2m) lengths of line in half to make two bights. Place the

first bight vertically, then loop the second bight around its right leg and

back under its left leg.
