Panchang necklace
You might think the mystic knot is challenging
enough, but adding the additional petals of the Chan
Pang necklace takes it to another level. It also turns
it into a stand-alone item, worthy of being worn as a
necklace.
It’s all in the tightening. Pick out the three corner loops in Step 7 of the
mystic knot (opposite) above as your main petals. The bights in between
are the smaller petals. In between all of those are locking turns. To keep
track, remember the sequence: big petal, locking turn, small petal, locking
turn – big petal, locking turn, small petal, locking turn, etc.
