Triple loop bowline
If two loops spread the load better than one, then
three loops will surely spread it even better. That’s
the logic for this cunning triple loop. What’s more,
you don’t even need to learn a new knot to tie it.
Observant readers will note that it’s nothing more
than a bowline tied not in the bight, but with the
bight.
1 Put a bight in the end of the line, allowing enough slack to form the
three loops.
