Cheesing
Cheesing is a popular art, and while circles are
the most common form, cheeses can be made in
different shapes, such as oblongs or even squares,
to fit the space available. Coil several one on top of
the other – starting alternately at the centre and the
outside – and you’ve got a French coil.
1 Estimate the size of cheese needed, and coil the line to fit around it.
