Camel hitch
The camel hitch must be one of the best anti-slip
knots yet invented. Essentially a clove hitch with
some extra turns thrown in to give more grip, it’s
secure enough to keep any camel in its place.
1 Take at least two or three turns around the object, depending on how
slippery it is.
