4 Bring the right-hand strand up against the chain. Wrap the middle
strand around its own and the right-hand strand’s standing parts until it
meets the left-hand strand.
5 Gradually unlay the left-hand strand, putting the middle strand in its
place. Make sure you fit the twist already present in the middle strand to
the twist of the line.
