2 Tie two 8ft (2.4m) lengths of rope into a pair of loops using the triple

fisherman’s knot (here).

3 Attach one end of one of the loops onto a tree with a girth hitch. Tie

the second loop onto another tree, slightly further away than the length

of the sheet.
