4 Turn the knife over again, and this time pass the right hand line under

both parts of the bight.

5 Now pass the left-hand line over both parts of the bight and under the

right-hand line. Turn the knife over and repeat the process, until you

reach the end of the bights. Trim and tuck the ends into the strands.
