At our mid-term board meeting, WAD
launched a program known as “$100 for
the 100th.” That program will list members
on a specialized roll call for sponsoring at
least $100 towards the 100th celebration.
Members will be recognized for the continuing
support throughout the conference and on
various conference literature. We invite you
to become a “$100 for the 100th” sponsor
so that you will be remembered for years to
come. This one-time donation may be small.
But, together it makes a huge difference in
keeping costs reasonable and promoting our
beloved association. Please look for future
communications regarding this program and
the upcoming Centennial

Finally, thank you for allowing me to serve
you as your 1st Vice President. Our members
are the backbone of our association. Being
elected as an officer is humbling and
overwhelming. I look forward to the next
couple of years assisting our members make
the most out of their WAD membership.

Over the next year and a half, WAD plans on visiting four wonderful locations:
Panama City, Kuala Lumpur, Lisbon, and, finally, Chicago, the location of our first
annual conference. We are excited to return to Chicago and The Drake Hotel to See you in Panama!
celebrate our 100th anniversary. We invite all members to join us in these locations.

The conference committee is deep into planning the 100th event. Already, we have
begun receiving and collecting special sponsorships for the conference. In addition
to these special sponsorships, we intend to see a sizeable presence of exhibitors Wes Bearden
at our 100th conference in Chicago. Several investigative and security associations
around the world have offered their support for the upcoming conference. 1st Vice President
