                                  David Springer, NIP Group
                                  David has been President of NIP since 2005. He is a highly regarded specialty insurance
                                  program executive who has led NIP Group’s long-term success and market share growth.
                                  His experience in the specialty programs industry spans more than 20 years. He has
                                  led the development of new insurance products for over 25 industry programs, forged
                                  strategic partnerships with many insurers and reinsurers and has given NIP Group an edge
                                  over its competition in pricing and risk selection with its early adoption and all-embracing
                                  use of targeted  data analytics. Under David’s leadership, NIP Group was one of the first
                                  recipients of the TMPAA Best Practices Designation. He also serves on the board of
                                  TMPAA and was the former President.
                                  Prior to joining NIP Programs, David held senior executive positions with profit and loss
        responsibility at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., Prudential Insurance Company and Small Business Underwriters, Inc.
        He spent his undergraduate years at the University of Delaware.

                                                        Terri Moran, Paul Hanson Partners
           Terri is the Chief Underwriting Officer of Paul Hanson Partners, a Program Administrator
           with over 25 years specializing in Transportation Industry programs. Terri’s career spans
             over 40 years with different and varied senior roles in underwriting and marketing with
              an emphasis on program business.  She started her career at Fireman’s Fund in their
             Commercial Group/FAMEX Program Division where she became the Vice President of
             the FAMEX Division which specialized in national programs.  From there she worked at
           AIG as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Program Division and was one of the inaugural
            carrier partners in the TMPAA. She is a past member of the TMPAA Board of Directors.
         Additionally, she was the Western Regional Executive and Construction Practice Leader at
        Vela Insurance Services, a WR Berkley Company.  She is currently Past Chair of the Surplus
                         Lines Association of California after serving as Chair from 2020 to 2022.
